$1.5 BILLION LOAN FROM WORLD BANK TO STABILIZE NAIRA

Minister of Finance, Wale Edun, FEC

Federal Government wants to borrow as much as $1.5 billion from the World Bank to stabilize the naira- says Wale Edun, Finance Minister!

Wasn’t subsidy removal meant to do that?

What happened to the borrowings in the last 6 months which we were told will stabilize the naira ?

Where is the result for the ones Buhari borrowed  during his 8 years ??

Read my lips, NO AMOUNT OF BORROWING will stabilize the naira!

Production is the way out!

Our own earned Forex is the solution!

If you sow nothing , you will reap nothing !!

Tackle insecurity so economic activity can return to normal , so long as Nigeria remains heavily import dependent, NAIRA WILL BE PRESSURED!

Dollar is presently exchanging at a whooping N1,315!

These daily borrowings are just like the Humanitarian ministry - a conduit pipe for sucking ……:

What good use are they put to??

Seen any capital project will all the borrowings so far? Pls show me some!

My pain is that the entire population will continue to pay for the financial recklessness of a few !

The cost of governance remains high without consideration for the common man while corruption remains “ good morning “ at the table of the political elites and present administration whose only business is “ SHARING”

Without production , how will these loans be repaid ? We will borrow again to repay??

You can pretend al you want as a loyalist but deep down you are aware Nigeria’s problem is MISMANAGEMENT OF AVAILABLE RESOURCES!

No matter how we try , discussing Nigeria is always a hard task we are all faced with daily.
